Education and Public Institutions

In education and public institutions, the emphasis is on the spoken voice where there is a need to maintain speech intelligibility and low background noise. Design requirement includes:

  • Building envelope design for the main facades, walls and roofing construction. Sound separation between rooms
  • Interior acoustics, sound absorption and reverberation control in rooms
  • Noise & vibration control of all services
  • Audio visual systems functional planning and design
