Structural Vibration
Structural vibrations in buildings and other structures relate to concern of forced vibration excitation, and its isolation to the affected structure or buildings from mechanical equipment and external forces. This involves consideration of the following:
- Building Vibration
- Assessment of severity, causes and design of mechanical vibration systems for machines and plants in buildings.
- Engineering Structures Vibration
- Measurement and assessment of structural vibration of bridges, jetties and other engineering structures.
- Vibration Isolation Design
- Design of vibration isolated structures and floors. Design of vibration isolators and elastomers for all applications.
Product Development, Specifications Compliance & Rating
Noise and Vibration control design for products such that noise and vibration are minimized. Troubleshooting of problems in industrial and consumer products. Testing and rating of equipment noise to appropriate standards. Specifications evaluation & determination. Commissioning tests.
